Todd Graves MS, LMFT, EMDR @ TherapyWorx My Name is Todd Graves, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. I have worked as a therapist in a variety of settings since 2002. I have experience working with a wide spectrum of problems, including those related to trauma (PTSD), depression, anxiety, marital issues, anger management, addictions, and parenting. I worked in residential treatment programs for seven years, which led me to many adventures I never thought I would have (such as cattle drives). After leaving residential treatment, I joined LifeSTAR of St George and opened a private practice where I began working with individuals and couples plagued by pornography and sexual compulsion/addiction. Seeing that trauma underlies many of the struggles that individuals experience, I have pursued EMDR and trauma treatment certifications. I have a passion for helping individuals overcome the effects of trauma and addiction in their lives.

Roberta Shagam Psychotherapist and Parenting Coach @ Roberta Shagam I am Roberta, welcome to my practice. I help you discover who you are and how you want to be in your life. As you learn to be true to yourself, you gain skills for improving relationships in all areas of your life. I use body-centered psychotherapy, or mindfulness, to help you identify and discover how your past affects your daily interactions. We call these core beliefs. They shape your behavior patterns and attitudes, that make you feel “stuck”. If you are curious to learn about these patterns, and want to seek healing changes in your life, I invite you to contact me. I have found that working in mindfulness is highly effective with a wide range of populations, such as people who have experienced loss, trauma and various mood issues. Thank you for "dropping by" and reading this.
