About

Hello! I am Jodi (she/her), a clinical social worker who specializes in integrated IFS-EMDR therapy. I am committed to my own anti-oppression work and life-long cultural humility practice. I strive to create a safe, trauma-informed healing space, where the whole person is recognized mind, body, and spirit. I have focused on integrating individuals’ deepest spiritual or cultural practices and engaging in nature-based healing. Our natural world is a wonderful source of healing. I have almost ten years of experience working in a hospital-based violence intervention and response program. I worked and supported survivors of interpersonal violence in seeking safety and healing. In addition, I have developed specialized expertise in treating traumatic stress and supporting those impacted by vicarious trauma. I have helped medical care providers and community advocates address their acute stress reactions and deepen their resiliency-building skills.
