About
Being human is exhausting, especially these days. Whether you’re navigating trauma, work stress, parenting, infertility, loss, perinatal challenges, life transitions or simply trying to exist within complicated systems, it can feel like too much to carry alone. I work with adults, teens and LGBTQIA+ folks who feel overwhelmed, anxious, burned out or disconnected from themselves. Many are carrying grief, emotional exhaustion or experiences they haven’t had space to process. They’re looking for therapy that feels validating, supportive and grounded in who they are. I’m Caitlin, an LPC in Texas and founder of Cosmic Daisy. I’m a trauma-focused therapist with advanced EMDR training and certification in perinatal mental health. I specialize in trauma, PTSD, infertility, pregnancy and postpartum, loss, anxiety, depression and gender identity. I know what it’s like to hold grief, hope and complicated emotions at the same time. I’ll meet you where you are in the messy middle.
