I primarily use EMDR because of the positive outcomes I have experienced. Huge internal changes were the result. That outcome shifted my perspectives, enabling an internal sense of well-being regardless of circumstances. Since that shift, I have engaged in multiple trainings to become a Certified EMDR therapist, a consultant in training (CIT), and a Transformational EMDR Therapist. The word most of my clients use to describe this process is "weird." They are amazed at how their new confidence, reflecting their self-worth, overrides their old fears and triggers.
