Dr. Michelle Wood, DO is an osteopathic physician and founder of A Touch of Hope Wellness & Recovery, a physician-led mental health and addiction recovery practice. She has completed EMDRIA-approved EMDR training and provides trauma-informed psychotherapy, including remote EMDR therapy, for individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, and related concerns. Dr. Wood integrates EMDR with a thoughtful, whole-person approach to care, drawing on her background in psychiatry, addiction medicine, and integrative mental health to help clients process difficult experiences and move toward lasting recovery.
