With over 35 years of experience as a clinical medical social worker and behavioral health clinician, I welcome adults from all walks of life to engage in therapy with me. I bring a deep commitment to providing a safe and healing environment for all clients. I hold a master’s degree in social work from the University of Michigan and am certified in EMDR. Clients often describe me as warm, caring, and engaged. I believe everyone deserves respect, love, and dignity. Our sessions will focus on identifying effective strategies for growth and overcoming challenges. My approach incorporates a range of therapeutic methods, including EMDR, interpersonal therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy.
