About
Feeling alone, overwhelmed and at a loss for how to feel better can be a normal response to life at times. Some areas I work with include life changes, depression, communication, relationship decisions, loss/grief, and family stress. In a compassionate and safe space, we'll work toward new insights and ways of moving forward allowing for growth and relief from the struggle. I am a clinical social work therapist with 13 years of experience in areas including life transitions, family problems, divorce/relationships, hospice/grief, adult survivors of sexual trauma, and elder issues. My therapeutic style is warm, yet direct. I am dedicated to supporting individuals, teens and couples work through challenges either in office or online. Together we will work toward a clearer understanding of patternistic thoughts and behaviors.
