About
You spend so much time worrying, it’s impacting your health, your work, and your relationships. You can’t fall asleep at night as your thoughts are racing. You aren't able to relax as you are so overwhelmed. You never feel fulfilled and you’re constantly striving for perfection. You’ve tried everything and don’t know what else to do. Does that sound familiar? I work with adults and specialize in anxiety, OCD and the impacts of trauma. I provide warmth, compassion, and a new perspective. My approach is to focus on the issues you are facing now, identify the cause and how to move forward. Clients tell me that they are relieved to have tackled the roots and origins of their problems. Through our work together they now have the skills to move past and manage unhelpful thoughts, feelings, and behaviours so they can move ahead in life. I am accepting new clients residing in Ontario and Alberta. Sessions are offered via secure video or in-person in Edmonton.
