About
Hello, I'm Matt Moorhead, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT). I provide a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where clients can heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach integrates EMDR, attachment-based therapy, Polyvagal Theory, and other evidence-based practices tailored to your unique needs. I completed a 52-hour EMDRIA-approved Basic EMDR Training through Gina Ornelas, LMFT, using Dr. Philip Manfield's curriculum, and I continue to participate in ongoing EMDR consultation to strengthen my skills and provide ethical, high-quality care. Rather than simply managing symptoms, we work together to identify and resolve the underlying patterns that keep you feeling stuck. My goal is to help you build resilience, strengthen relationships, and move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and hope.
