About
I believe in the wise and loving energy at our core that, given the right environment, guides each of us towards growth, healing, connection, and wholeness. When we are able to access this, we live more fully. My work is to help identify and release roots of anxiety, fear, suffering, self-doubt or disconnection in order to return to this core and connect to a life more deeply grounded in meaning and joy. My counseling style is warm, collaborative, and empowering. I work from a holistic, trauma-informed framework and integrate EMDR, IFS, existential, somatic, and mindfulness-based approaches. I am profoundly grateful for the growth and healing I have had in my life, and consider my counseling work an expression of that gratitude. It is an honor to engage in the meaningful work of holding space for others to awaken to a greater sense of peace, wellbeing, and aliveness.
