Hello. The heart of my work includes guiding individuals through childhood and adult trauma, also referred to as complex trauma. My passion lies in assisting clients in uncovering the root causes of their struggles, identifying disruptive thought patterns, and building healthier responses to promote healing and integration. I focus on adults dealing with complex trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges, including those within the LGBTQ+ community. I am licensed and accept insurance in New Mexico. I am licensed in Texas for Self-Pay clients only.
