About
I am an associate clinical counselor with a focus on providing support to First Responders and Veterans in the areas of addiction and trauma-informed therapy. Over the past year, I have developed extensive expertise in these fields, and I specialize in offering Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) as a valuable resource for First Responders and Veterans. Drawing from my knowledge of positive psychology, I integrate it into my practice to provide a solid foundation for talk therapy. My approach is characterized by compassion, insight, empathy, and a commitment to evidence-based techniques, all tailored to address the unique needs of First Responders and Veterans. I provide counseling services via telehealth and in person at my office in Tustin. While I am not EMDR trained, I utilize the ART treatment modality that is similar but also very unique in its approach.
