About
I am an EMDR-trained psychotherapist who is dedicated to helping individuals heal attachment wounds, process trauma, and cultivate strategies to better manage anxiety, depression, grief, chronic pain, and chronic illness. I provide a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their past experiences and build a foundation for a more fulfilling future. By integrating EMDR with other evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT, I help clients uncover their innate strengths, overcome obstacles, and cultivate a greater sense of resilience and empowerment. Together, we can work towards creating positive change and achieving lasting transformation. I offer in-person (Unionville) and virtual (anywhere in Ontario) sessions for individual adults. I would love to connect with you for a FREE consultation call to see if we would be a good fit for one another.
