Warm. Thoughtful. Direct. Meet Nicolle: My career began with a curiosity about human behavior—why we think, relate, and respond the way we do. Years of clinical practice, along with leading a residential mental health program, have only deepened that curiosity and strengthened my belief that meaningful change begins with understanding, not judgment. I don't believe people are broken. I believe we are shaped by our experiences and by the ways we've learned to adapt. Some of those adaptations continue to serve us. Others no longer do. My role isn't to tell you who you should become. It's to help you understand yourself more clearly, recognize the patterns that may be limiting you, and support you in making choices that align with the life and relationships you want. I'll bring warmth, curiosity, and compassion to our work together—and when it's helpful, I'll challenge you with honesty and care.
