About
Colleen has offered therapeutic counselling and psychotherapy since the 1980s. She is an experienced, accredited therapist working with a wide range of difficulties. Her main therapeutic focus is EMDR therapy (eye movement desensitisation & reprocessing), especially attachment focused EMDR where she is able to draw on her many years of psychodynamic psychotherapy, working with longer term issues. Colleen was a former senior psychology lecturer, a founder member of the Leeds' Women's Counselling & Therapy Service, an author and she is also an Alexander Technique teacher.
