I am a lesbian Licensed Professional Counselor and work with LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples. I am very passionate about helping my clients become authentically themselves in every way. If you are struggling with self-esteem issues, or find yourself in unhealthy relationships, please reach out. I take a holistic and practical approach to relationship therapy, including proven, effective techniques based in scientific principles. I am also a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor and trained in Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, EMDR, IFS, Gottman Couples Therapy, Relational Life Therapy, and Post-Induction Therapy to assist in overcoming issues from trauma, addiction, spiritual/religious abuse, codependency, and family of origin dynamics.
