I’m Lauren (MA, PGD & BSC) and I’m a registered EMDR trauma therapist (registered with HCPC and EMDR association UK), with over 15 years’ experience in the mental health field. I have a huge passion for recovery and firmly believe that you can recover and move forward, to live a new and different life! I offer EMDR therapy via an online format. Online EMDR is as effective as face to face sessions with many added benefits. I provide both individual sessions (50 minutes) and intense sessions (3 and 7 hour blocks) Intense EMDR is based around a Netherlands model of administering EMDR. The benefit of this treatment is that you condense several weeks of therapy into a number of days, making this both time and cost effective. Intense therapy is not for everyone and may feel overwhelming. Therefore I offer individual sessions also.
