I am licensed clinical psychologist who utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help my clients make lasting improvements in anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and coping skills.
