About

I SPEAK THE LANGUAGE OF WOMEN WITH TRAUMA. In the past years, we have been asked to do more but with little support. My goal as a therapist is to address that struggle and provide that environment where we can work as a team to heal. My passion involves working with women to address various mental health issues in a safe and therapeutic environment. I currently practice individual counseling for only women but I will be starting various online group sessions in the future. A beautiful saying that resonates with me is the quote- “We repeat what we don’t repair”. The most important question I ask a client, is when did the symptoms start or what happened in the beginning? There is always a pattern, and my job is to make my clients aware through EMDR while supporting the development of skills through various eclectic approaches. Need a free consult, text "CONSULT" to 9037015355.
