About
I'm passionate about working with trauma survivors, anxiety prone individuals and those seeking to lead a more fulfilling life. I strive to understand the unique experiences of every client I work with and I always start by believing. Through a safe and supportive counseling relationship, many clients begin the healing process that allows them to move forward with empowerment. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Board-Certified Counselor with more than ten years’ experience. I am trained in EMDR through the EMDR Institute of America. I am Certified in Trauma-Informed Care and Trauma-Informed Yoga. Additionally, I am a Qualified Supervisor for Registered Mental Health Counseling Interns in FL. I believe in working collaboratively with my clients through a blended approach of EMDR, strength based skill building, and solution focused interventions. I hope that every client leaves a session with me feeling respected, cared about, and like they have some new tools to work with.
