About
I specialize in working with adults as well as mid-late teens (15+) who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship distress, working through life transitions and trauma (PTSD). I believe that as human beings, we ALL will have times in our lives where we can use someone to help us do "the work" that can help us live more fulfilling lives. While I approach therapy from a strengths-based perspective, I incorporate techniques from several different theories depending on the client's personality and circumstances. I work with clients to hear their concerns without judgment and to explore ways to achieve emotional growth, develop skills, and achieve desired changes. With the use of compassion, relationship and skill-building, a variety of therapeutic techniques and a bit of humor, I hope to help you on your healing journey.
