I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, an EMDRIA Certified Therapist, and an EMDRIA Approved Consultant. EMDR is the foundation of my clinical work, and I use it with clients navigating trauma, anxiety, pregnancy loss, traumatic birth, low self-worth, grief, chronic stress, and patterns that feel difficult to change through talk therapy alone. My approach is structured, direct, and grounded in the Adaptive Information Processing model. I am especially interested in helping clients identify the beliefs and nervous system responses that keep them stuck, and supporting deeper processing rather than simply managing symptoms. I provide EMDR therapy, intensives, adjunct EMDR work, and consultation for therapists seeking to strengthen their EMDR skills with clarity, precision, and confidence.
