Born and raised in Christchurch, New Zealand, I moved to Wellington to pursue my studies in Clinical Psychology, where I attended Victoria University of Wellington. I have since spent a number of years working throughout New Zealand in child and adolescent mental health services and the private sector. I recently moved to London, England, and provide video based assessment and therapy for people worldwide. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults, and strive to achieve optimal outcomes by using an open, honest and client-centred approach to therapy. My approach is grounded in evidence-based interventions, and includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye-Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). I specialise in the treatment of trauma.
