Where East Meets West Namaste. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Marriage & Family Therapist who resides in Asheville, NC. I have been practicing for over 20 years and I am licensed in both Florida and North Carolina. I am an integrative, inclusive and culturally responsive therapist trained in EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I also have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy and incorporate a variety of techniques, including, mindfulness, cognitive- behavioral and solution- focused strategies. I am LGBTQ+ Affirming and a Social Justice Oriented Therapist.
