About
Hello, I'm Pamela Woodroffe, LICSW, SUDP, MAC - a psychotherapist in Seattle, Washington. I enjoy helping clients reduce their responses to trauma, whether it is due to a a one-time event or a series of events. Using a variety of methods, including EMDR, I tailor the treatment to the client's readiness and level of symptoms, prioritizing what will first bring the most relief. I offer a holistic approach -- integrating nutrition, sleep, lifestyle, and relationships/community and psychotherapy to support the healing process. I've worked in health care settings for 20 years, and am in private practice in Seattle, Washington, currently providing teletherapy services.
