I believe in your ability to heal, and that each of us has individual needs that help us in that. From your personal stories to beliefs you have, to what you desire for your life my approach is to help you feel seen. I do this through building a collaborative relationship that respects you and what you need from the space, as well as a variety of interventions that I’ve developed through my comprehensive clinical training.
