About
Welcome to my counseling practice, where clinical expertise and deep faith support real healing. As a trauma specialist, I help you get to the root of pain so lasting change can take place. My work is explicitly Christian-integrated and Spirit-led, recognizing that trauma impacts mind, body, and spirit. When desired, we may incorporate prayer, Scripture, and spiritual discernment. I’m also comfortable addressing spiritual trauma and the realities of spiritual warfare in a grounded, emotionally safe, clinically responsible way. I primarily use EMDR, tailoring sessions to your story, goals, and pace. My commitment is steady: I’ll meet your effort with skill, care, and courage. My joy is watching clients leave with renewed clarity, freedom, and hope in Jesus, plus the occasional well-timed laugh. ;)
