About
I’m a fat positive, trauma-sensitive psychologist in San Diego. My practice is open to all, I have clients specialize in helping people heal from disordered eating, body image issues, and internalized diet culture harm using a Health at Every Size® perspective. I'm Level II trained in EMDR, and often incorporate mindfulness, CBT, DBT, and ACT skills in therapy. I’m also a wheelchair-user as a result of a spinal cord injury over 20 years ago. My own experiences learning to navigate life from a wheelchair have granted me a unique empathy in supporting others who find themselves suddenly facing a physical disability
