I am an Accredited Integrative Counsellor with more than 18 years of experience. EMDR approach requires less discussion and can accelerate the process of healing, it can be used stand-alone or as part of Integrative therapy I have extensive experience working with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, relationship difficulties, addictions, eating disorders, phobias, insomnia, and stress. The therapeutic relationship is most important, through active listening and focus always on my client's individual needs, I provide the safe space that allows therapy to work successfully.
