I graduated in 2013 with Master’s in Clinical & Mental Health Counseling. I have been honored to work in a variety of settings with very diverse populations. I believe that trauma is often times an underlying barrier which creates our beliefs and history that we bring into our current world. It has been a privilege to come alongside clients to be a catalyst and co-anchor to work through life events in order to find hope, resolution and healing. I believe that it takes courage to not only ask for help, but to be willing to be vulnerable in order to be better.
