I am committed to meeting you where you are, without judgment. I work collaboratively with you to map out your goals for therapy and work towards them as efficiently as possible. Whether your reason for therapy is addictive behavior, anxiety, depression, or trauma, I am committed to being there with you until you are confidently capable to deal with life on your own.
