Renee understands the courage it takes to come in for therapy and trust a (qualified) stranger with your struggles. She believes that sometimes getting started, believing in the possibility that things can improve, or having the strength to walk in the door can be some of the greatest obstacles to change. So in turn, she holds great respect from the start for those she meets. She brings a warm presence and non-judgmental spirit to the therapy process, and deeply believes in your journey to healing. Renee has experience addressing anxiety, trauma, loss, infertility, and chronic health issues. Renee understands that while specialized training is important, so is your ability to feel comfortable and connected to your therapist. Renee is passionate about meeting you where you are, letting your goal drive the therapy discussion, and maintaining open dialogue throughout the process. Renee believes in finding space for hope, meaning, faith, and a sense of humor in the healing journey.
