Dr. Hart has continued to pursue numerous trainings and certifications; from independent doctoral study at Harvard University’s Clinical Development Institute to cutting edge, evidence based, treatment modalities; Mindfulness, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Internal Family Systems, CBT, DBT, Psychosynthesis, Motivational Interviewing, Alcohol/Drug/Internet/Process Addictions & Energy Psychology. She serves on integrative health boards, consults and coaches. Dr. Hart maintains a full time private practice counseling academics, artists, students, corporate leaders, health care providers and others in addictions, relational and trauma recovery.
