My ideal client feels weighed down by unresolved trauma, entrenched patterns, or depression that dulls daily life. They want a space to exhale, speak honestly, and be met without judgment—but they also want meaningful change. Motivated and ready to do the hard internal work, they’re willing to face difficult truths, disrupt old cycles, and restore restful sleep, renewed energy, and a cohesive sense of self. I use evidence-based approaches, including EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), to help process painful experiences, regulate intense emotions, and create lasting relief.
