Hi there, I'm Lisa Harrington, LMFT from sunny Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I am a Certified EMDR therapist and Consultant with the EDMR International Association and specialize in anxiety, stress, and trauma, particularly related to relationship and family issues (past or present) and the owner of Mindful Life Solutions llc. I consider myself a Mindful Life enthusiast who takes a holistic approach towards helping and healing. Having undergone my own journey of trauma healing, stress, and burnout, I have dedicated my life to teaching others how to break through limiting mindsets rooted in the past to manifest peace and happiness in their present. I also work with phobias and self esteem issues. It is my passion and mission to help others Love Life Now.
