Sobre
I work with adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, caregiving demands, or the lingering impact of past experiences. Many of my clients are parents or caregivers who are highly capable on the outside but emotionally exhausted on the inside. EMDR is a core part of my work. Through EMDR therapy, I help clients safely process unresolved memories and emotional patterns that continue to affect their present life—often without needing to talk through every detail. EMDR can reduce emotional intensity, increase clarity, and support lasting change, especially for clients who feel stuck despite other forms of therapy. I provide EMDR through secure telehealth in a way that prioritizes comfort, safety, and pacing. Clients appreciate being able to do this work from their own space while still feeling supported and grounded. My approach is straightforward, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel steadier, more confident, and better equipped to move forward.
