Sobre
Hi, let me share a bit about myself and the clients I work with. I work with adults who are going through a life transition or feeling stuck, and are ready for change but need help figuring out where and how to begin. People who have experienced one or multiple adverse or traumatic events in their lives and/or are struggling with mood, low self-esteem, emotional regulation, relationships, or other challenges that impact daily life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices to help clients better understand and process painful experiences, and move toward a more empowered sense of self. I see therapy as a collaborative partnership, and I’m here to support you in creating and achieving goals that matter to you. Past experiences, trauma, or childhood wounds can deeply impact daily life and relationships. I’m committed to helping you explore, heal, and move toward what is most meaningful—so you can live a more fulfilling, authentic life.
