Unbound Phoenix Therapy offers trauma-informed, relationship-focused therapy for individuals, couples, and families across Virginia. We specialize in helping clients heal from trauma, navigate life transitions, and strengthen emotional connection—especially those who are LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, polyamorous, kinky, fat-affirmed, or navigating nontraditional relationships. Our work integrates evidence-based and creative approaches, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, DBT skills, play therapy, and expressive arts.
