I am a licensed clinical social worker & certified EMDR therapist that enjoys working with adults across the lifespan. I have experience working with diverse adult populations experiencing mood disorders, anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, trauma, relational difficulties, and family of origin issues. I specialize in trauma and particularly enjoy working with individuals whose past experiences are impacting their ability to connect with others, navigate life transitions, or regulate emotions. I incorporate a variety of evidence-based therapeutic practices into my work including attachment work, EMDR, AEDP, cognitive-behavioral therapy, parts work, inner child work, mindfulness, and acceptance and commitment therapy. Regardless of what you come in for, I will meet you where you are and develop a treatment plan with your input.
