Dana Kozisek, Ph.D., LISW, CADC. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC). I work with individuals and families affected by mental illness, as well as disability. I believe in treating the whole patient, encouraging the integration of mind and body.
