Jason M. Tarnow M.A., LMHC, EMDR and Brainspotting Trained Jason believes in equipping people to discover a life filled with healing, hope, and peace. He specializes in the treatment of anxiety-related disorders, trauma/PTSD, eating disorders, addictions, and depression. He enjoys helping individuals, couples, and families. Jason understands the power of learning about your current emotions, behaviors, thoughts, and coping strategies and hopes to empower you to learn how to live the life you desire. He knows that your current experiences are often simply the outward expression of deeper pain you may have carried for years. Jason likes to help uncover the root causes of that pain in order to create healing that is lasting. He fosters a collaborative relationship with his clients and provides support allowing them to reach new levels of transformation.
