À propos
I’m Bri Keller, a Licensed Professional Counselor and EMDR-trained therapist. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, body image concerns, and perinatal mental health, including pregnancy and birth trauma, NICU experiences, postpartum challenges, and the emotional transition into parenthood. I was drawn to EMDR because I’ve seen how experiences from our past can continue to shape the way we feel, respond, and see ourselves—even when we logically know we are safe or that things are different now. EMDR offers a way to go beyond simply talking about what happened and begin processing the experiences that may still feel stuck. My approach to EMDR is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. You won’t be pushed to share every detail of your experiences or move faster than feels comfortable. Together, we’ll focus on creating a sense of safety, building coping skills, and helping you process difficult experiences at a pace that feels right for you.
