À propos
I treat individuals, couples, and families that are seeking new ways to grow and manage their life roles. as humans, we may be experiencing stress, dealing with a changed reality or as humans we may also be coping with mental health or physical conditions that complicate our lives. I also treat others who are simply seeking skills to become the person they wish to be. Conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, often have both emotional, cognitive, and physiological impact on people who cope with them. We also learn that Traumatic experiences can be correlated with emotional dis-regulation, difficulty with sleep, chronic pain and fatigue as well as variety of addictive behavior. I am passionate about helping my patients deal and get free of coping mechanism that were created to manage adverse childhood experiences (ACE).
