À propos
SSKY Therapy opened in 2021, during a time when we were all worried about our future because of the pandemic. Today, many of us continue to be worried and triggered. I am hoping to provide therapy to help one person or system at a time. SSKY accepts individuals, couples and families as clients. My name is Jean Pfeifer and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in northern NY. I work remotely most of the time and can do home visits when appropriate and needed. I use EMDR, Internal Family Systems therapy, the Gottman Method and many other techniques and methods of therapy. I also provide Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). KAP can be used to address Anxiety, Depression, OCD, PTSD, Existential Relationship problems, Suicidal Ideations and many other issues. EMDR can be used with along with any of these types of therapy to address trauma and triggers. I hope to hear from you and to work with you.
