Hi, I'm Lexie Belle. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a heart for helping people find healing after trauma. For the past 16 years, I've had the honor of walking alongside individuals navigating perinatal mental health, substance use, caregiver burnout, and complex trauma. Over time, my work has grown into a deeply focused commitment to trauma recovery—especially for those healing from birth trauma, birth workers, medical professionals, and individuals and families affected by food allergy trauma. I specialize in EMDR Intensives (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a powerful therapy approach that helps the brain reprocess painful experiences and reduce their emotional charge. These intensives allow us to go deeper in a shorter period of time—giving space for real, lasting healing. At the heart of my work is creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. I truly believe that healing is not one-size-fits-all.
