My passion lies in helping individuals who struggle with mental health and addiction issues, particularly those who have experienced trauma. My own personal journey has fueled my commitment to helping others, and I have dedicated my education and career to empower individuals to discover their authentic selves and purpose. As a Mental Health Counselor and EMDR therapist, I believe that the answers to a person's struggles lie within themselves, and I strive to create a safe environment where they can begin to heal from the underlying core issues that lead to destructive behaviors. I recognize that healing is a journey, and that each person has their own unique path to recovery. Therefore, my approach is always personalized, empathetic, and trauma informed. My ultimate goal is to help individuals transform their lives, heal their mind, body, and soul, and achieve lasting recovery. I believe that every person has the potential to recover and live a fulfilling life.
