Hi, I'm Misty, an LCSW that has been in practice for the last 17 years. I earned my master's in social work from USC and BA from UCLA. I work throughout California with teens and adults that have experienced trauma and want resolution. Together, we use the principles of attachment and internal family systems (parts work) to best understand past experiences and relationships and then we use EMDR to reprocess past memories to allow for the brain to heal naturally. Using remote EMDR, it is easy to help clients reprocess using bilateral stimulation.
