À propos
Your parents were there, but not really there. Not in the way you needed. You've done the work since then, and you understand it now. You can explain exactly how you got here. What you can't do is feel any different. A lot of that is because your body got left out. Somewhere along the way you stopped being able to feel much of anything in there, or what you do feel comes on so fast and so big there's nowhere to put it. Too much, or nothing at all. You know why you keep people at a distance and you do it anyway, which means you've been carrying most of this by yourself. EMDR and Deep Brain Reorienting work underneath all that understanding, where the pattern actually lives. We go slow. Before I ask you to work on anything, we spend time helping you be in your body without it being unbearable. Virtual sessions and therapy intensives across NY (088342) and MA (1141025), USA.
