À propos
I have been in practice for 17 years and I specialize in helping individuals process past trauma and other negative life experiences that can cause depression, anxiety and substance use disorders. Taking the first step and reaching out for therapy is often the hardest part and I believe in working with individuals to help them feel comfortable and informed about treatment options. You will develop your own treatment goals and we will work together to achieve them so that you can live your best life. I believe that we all possess inner wisdom and strengths and I look forward to helping you discover how to connect to your strengths.
