À propos
Hi, I'm Ashley, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 13 years of experience working with adults, couples and families affected by substance use disorders, trauma and acute mental health disorders. I work with folks living with trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationships distress. Additionally, I have specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and Emotionally Focused (EFT) Therapy, while also using core concepts of motivational interviewing (MI) and a strengths based, social justice lens in my work. I approach treatment with an appreciation for the diverse range of identities and worldviews and make room for their full expression during sessions. As a queer woman, I am attuned to questions regarding gender and sexuality and welcome clients who are in the process of exploring these and other parts of self.
